Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tradewall, a Shopify app by 8th Origin LLC. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

Tradewall runs wholesale/B2B for your store: buyer-tier pricing on native Shopify B2B, self-serve registration with one-click Company approval, lock/hide rules, net terms, a sales-rep cockpit, and a catalog builder — delivered through Shopify Functions, theme app blocks, and metafields, never by editing your theme files. Features may change as the app improves.

Billing

Charges are billed through Shopify's billing system on the plan you select in the app. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; uninstalling ends billing per Shopify's rules.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the wholesale prices, tiers, and net-terms you configure, for the credit decisions you make on your buyers, for reviewing registration applications before approving them into Shopify Companies, and for complying with the commercial and consumer laws that apply to your store.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Pricing, commission, and net-terms calculations follow the rules you configure and should be reviewed where the stakes are high. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8th Origin LLC's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Termination

Uninstall at any time — Tradewall removes its data and stops billing on uninstall. We may suspend the service for abuse or non-payment. Your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
